Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Recipe for four salmon fillets.
Heat oven 450.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place in ovenproof dish and bake until opaque -about 10-12 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, place (1C for four fillets) balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring throughout, until reduced by 1/3 (8-10 min). Remove from heat, whisk in 2tsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salmon with glaze.
